We apologize for the challenges you are experiencing with billing right now. Your agency harnesses the ChangeHealth Clearinghouse via AWARDS for your billing, and they are currently dealing with an outside threat that necessitated disconnecting their systems in order to protect partners and patients. 

Change Healthcare, the 3rd party vendor integrated into AWARDS for the ChangeHealth Clearinghouse, continues to work with affected customers to minimize impact as they resolve this event. We are actively engaged with their team and will alert you regarding next steps as soon as Change Healthcare makes that information available. Change Healthcare shared that the next milestone is making a website available this Friday to define how select customers will be invited to use Optum Pay during the ChangeHealth Clearinghouse service outage.

We understand that the inability to bill for services is a serious concern for your agency due to the significant impact. Properly responding to these events requires time that seems to extend indefinitely. The Change Healthcare team is working constantly to resolve this service interruption. Foothold commits to staying closely connected to the process through our Change Healthcare representatives. We are advocating for swift accommodations for our customers and will provide updates as we have them.
