We are pleased to announce that Foothold customers impacted by the ChangeHealth Clearinghouse outage have the opportunity to connect to the Optum Intelligent EDI (iEDI) Clearinghouse - which was not impacted by the cyber security incident.
Access to iEDI is expected to be temporary until the ChangeHealth Clearinghouse is back up and running. It is our understanding that access to iEDI will facilitate the submission of claim files; remittance files will not be available through this platform.
In order for your agency to be set up in iEDI, you MUST complete the Sign-Up Form linked below asking for your agency’s details and key contact information. Once collected, Foothold will submit your information to Optum to be set up in the iEDI system. Please complete the form by close of business, Tuesday, March 26th. Foothold will send over all collected data shortly thereafter. Should you miss this March 26th deadline, please still complete the form and we will make sure your information is sent to Optum.
PLEASE NOTE: The individual who completes the form (or the name/email included on the form) will serve as an administrator for your organization, will receive an invitation to create an Optum Health ID, and will be assigned to your agency's account.
