AWARDS Help Desk

New Ticketing Tool

To improve our support services, we’ve transitioned to Zendesk as our new support ticketing tool.


What to Expect:

Submit support requests the same way: via AWARDS (or by emailing helpdesk@footholdtechnology.com when you are unable to access AWARDS).

 

How to Prepare:

Add our support email addresses to your Allow List so support emails don’t get sent to your spam folder:

AWARDS Feature Updates

New Feature: FormBuilder

You can now control access to standalone FormBuilder Forms with the powerful new Restrict by Permissions feature. This game-changing option in the Permissions tab allows you to assign specific permissions, ensuring only the right users can access restricted forms. Easily manage permissions through the Permissions Maintenance module and take full control over who sees what.
