We’re happy to announce that the first components of our PROS Redesign Billing Project have been successfully deployed in AWARDS! 

🌟 What’s Included 

Medicaid & Commercial Billing 

You can now configure and process hard-coded billing for Medicaid & Commercial payers directly within your AWARDS database.

You’ll find a new billing type titled PROS Redesign 2025 pre-loaded with the updated PROS procedures for each payer in your database that: 

• Includes Medicaid or Commercial in the payer's name, and 
• Currently uses a PROS billing type

Medicare Billing 

We’ve updated Medicare billing to align with the new PROS Redesign Program Type and Service Types.  

For each payer in your database that includes Medicare in the payer's name, and  currently uses a PROS billing type, you’ll now find a new billing type titled PROS Redesign 2025 Medicare. This new billing type is pre-loaded with updated PROS procedures and mirrors your current setup, with the following key changes: 

• The Program Type is set to PROS Redesign 
• The Effective Date is set to 4/1/2025 
• Service Types have been updated to the new PROS Service Type labels

PROS Summary Record of Services (SRS)

We’re currently developing an updated version of the PROS Summary Record of Services (SRS). The new version will include both unadjusted and adjusted units for each service, along with a summary of procedures and the number of units you can expect to bill for each client. Stay tuned — we’ll let you know as soon as it’s launched!
