Prepare for the Transition
As we approach launch, now is the perfect time to get organized. Here’s what you can do:
🔍 Find Your Go-To Resources - Use the new search tool to locate your most-viewed articles and save them for easy access.
đź”— Update Your Links - If you've shared AWARDS Resource Center links in internal documents or emails, replace them with the new ones.
📌 Bookmark the New Resource Center - Savethe new sitefor quick and easy access whenever you need it.
New Perks for Help Desk Teams
A major upgrade with this platform is your ability to log in and track the status of tickets you’ve submitted to the AWARDS Help Desk. While you'll continue submitting tickets via the same process you currently do, now you can log in to monitor their progress and access your ticket history.
