While Change Healthcare has not yet provided a substantive status update, we at Foothold want to assure you that we continue to stay connected to the situation. Our Senior Director of Security, Braden Anderson, is in close contact with those at Change Healthcare who are working to resolve the issue and will provide updates for us to share with you as soon as he learns more. We hope to have more information for you soon.

Change Healthcare - the 3rd party vendor harnessed by AWARDS for both E-Labs functionality and the ChangeHealth Clearinghouse for BillingBuilder - announced that they have become aware of an outside threat and subsequently disconnected their systems to protect their partners and patients.
What does this mean for you?
- You will likely experience both E-Labs and the Change Healthcare Clearinghouse being unavailable to you until Change Healthcare restores connections.

- At this time there is no indication that AWARDS data is impacted. We will continue to work with Change Healthcare throughout their investigation.
